Cloud Hosting Services Cloud hosting plans (Shared, VPS, Dedicated) carry a 7-day initial money-back guarantee for first-time provisioning if technical specifications do not meet stated benchmarks. Domain registration and SSL certificate fees are non-refundable once registered with global registries. 2. Custom Software Engineering Milestones Custom software engineering contracts are billed against defined milestone sprints. Completed sprint deliverables approved by the client are non-refundable. If an engagement is canceled prior to sprint initiation, any unallocated advance balance will be returned within 7 to 10 business banking days. 3.
